1. Quality Guarantee & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our premium products. If there is an issue with the manufacturing or printing quality, we will fix it.

  • Quality Issue Replacement: In the case of a quality issue with the apparel fabric or the print integrity (e.g., printing defects, tears upon arrival), we will process a replacement.
  • Replacement Timeline: Approved replacements will be processed and delivered within 5-7 working days.

2. General Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our merchandise, we maintain a strict policy against refunds.

  • No Refunds: We do not accept any returns and do not process any refunds.
  • Reason: All our merchandise is printed on demand, and anything that comes back to us is practically dead stock.

3. Sizing Policy & Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky, especially with oversized fits. We now offer a limited exchange option on select items.

  • Standard Rule (Non-Eligible Items): For most products, we do not offer returns or replacements for sizing issues. We strongly urge you to check the product-specific size chart before ordering.
  • Size Replacement Exception: Select products are eligible for a one-time size replacement. You must check the product description for the clear "7-Day Size Replacement Available" badge.
  • Terms for Replacement: If the product is eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the courier charges to return the original item. Once received, we will ship the replacement size.
